Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Yields1 Serving
 ½ cup Nutelite natural peanut butter
 ½ cup rolled oats
 ¼ cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
 1 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  • Roll into 12 small balls.

  • Refrigerate for 30 mins before serving.
